Search For Paige's Dream Home

Objective
A client contacted us to advertise his studio on one of Joseph's sites. Be for we ran the ad I wanted to inspect the studio and also have a look at the island it was located on. I immediately fell in love with the place and decided that because Joseph had just saved me from losing $10k in a Nigerian Scam we should invest it wisely. Real estate was cheap and I never thought I would be able to own a house anywhere near the ocean plus be so close to the city. But finding your dream home is no easy task and at times painful.

It was hardly a dream home but it was a great first home. After all, its the love that makes a home. Not a home that makes the love! Either way it was the home Paige wanted and I would always do everything I could to make Paige happy. After holding Paige in my arms that night in bed and discussing the seriousness of purchasing a home I agreed to signing a contract to secure the home for her. Unfortunately or rather fortunately the contract fell through and in the end we had to to take the owners to court to get back our deposit. With all that bullshit one would have thought Paige would come clean about her secrets that she actually hated me just like her mother. Jealous cow, what sort of woman completely excludes herself from having any interest in her daughters pleasure of buying her first home. She now looks like a idiot for demanding her daughter to walk away from a house that makes her own look like a dump in a ghetto. Thank fuck I never got stuck in this house by myself, I would have surely killed myself rather then be stuck there alone. But even that house had more class and beauty then the brick vaneer piece of shit she owns. Stupid is! As stupid does!

Mitchiko Street House Contract Signing

Objective
We had found a cute little house, great for the first home buyer and quite cozy. Lots of trees and a lake near by. It was nowhere near my or Joseph's dream home but it was a start. Better then paying rent and as close to water as our budget was ever going to allow.

What Happened
The owner gave us a dodgy contract and Joseph had to take them to court to retrieve our deposit. It was a very stressful time because I desperately wanted a house with Joseph and these wankers were holding a big chunk of what we needed as a deposit. Joseph got it back!

Just gonnan stand there and watch it burn!!! BURN!!!

This was Paige's first dream home and another couple ended up buying it. The guy had done some very impressive renovations that made me feel sad that Paige could have been happy there. One day while I was at work I noticed some smoke in the distance, I didn't think much about it. But then the next day I found out it was our first dream home. The guys wife showed her appreciation for all his hard work by fucking some other dude behind his back. What the fuck is wrong with girls these days! His heart was broken so he covered the place in diesel, threw a match on the joint and waited for the pigs to arrive and arrest him for arson. Insurance doesn't cover arson by owners and he is in jail. Now the cheating ex is paying of a mortgage on a char grilled piece of dirt. Mate! my hat goes off to you, thats fucking gold!!!

We had just signed the contract on our first dream home and I was having doubts about Paige's understanding of how serious the decision she had just made was. I explained to her that she could not just change her mind without serious repercussions. I did not want it to turn into another Kombie situation where it became my responsibility to get rid of the fucking thing simply because it did not suit her mummy. One would think that it would have been a good time to get serious or come clean on the cheating with Shane. But fuck no, keep Joseph in the dark until he can be well fucked up by Paige's actions. So it was time to put on the sad face and let the tears roll and suck the stupid fuck head in as deep as possible. Watch as Joseph gets fooled again and consoles Paige leaving him thinking he was a prick for bringing it up. What a fool, a fucking stupid fool.

House For Sale
Old Queensland on 1/3 of an acre situated on a hillside block on the waterfront. Situated on a unspoiled island off the east coast of Australia in a Marine National Park. House is in major need of restoration and loving care. Loads of potential.

Objective
Purchase house and obtain a job within reasonable travel time of the island. Assist Joseph with the completion of LuvPaige.com content and open LuvPaige.com. Assist Joseph with renovations to allow for the house to be used as a studio and home. And finally I can get my Dachshund.

What Happened
After searching for over 8 months to find the house, six months to finance the house. Borrowing $60k off Joseph's pensioner parents to qualify for the loan and cover the deposit... we finally got the house.
The rest should be roses.. but Paige had a secret/s

Fuck Kevin, this is a lot of work, you sure you want to do this! I have never seen Paige lift a finger to help with you anything in six years, what makes you think she will help you now. This is not something you can just change your mind over once you sign the contracts with the bank, government and seller........

Joseph takes it all in and decides to talk it over with Paige that night. That night in bed, Paige cried all night that this was what she wanted. A home on an island with Joseph. Joseph expalained how serious things were, we couldn't just change our minds without hurting a lot of people. But it was not her money she was playing with. Perhaps if it was her parents money she would be more honest. But Paiges parents told her to fuck off in front of me. It broke my heart to watch Paiges parents put her down in front of me. But I dodn't know what Paige was hiding from me.

Joseph had good reason to be worried although he had no idea why. Perhaps if he had asked someone to watch his back instead of putting all his trust into Paige. They would have told him that some bitch had a six inch blade in her hand and was about to drive it straight through his back into his heart. As if that was not bad enough, they would do it with pride and a smile on their face. While Joseph's parents were there to help, Paiges parents were at home with a container of salt ready to make sure things really hurt. Shame on them all...

Paige And Joseph Inspect The Property
After Joseph had his father had inspected the property it was time for Paige to inspect the house that Joseph explained was a disaster. Paige luv's the house and the promises start rolling. After a being with Paige for so long the last thing Joseph thought Paige would do would be to lie to him, let alone be cheating on him. Paige knew and was told by Joseph that we would be very lucky to get this house. But if we pulled it off it was going to be hard work and Joseph could not do it alone. What sort of person tells lies like this to anyone, let alone someone who has done so much for them. Watch as Paige holds Joseph's arm and lets the promises roll. Take a bow Paige, one hell of a performance. I love you with all my heart Joseph, I want this house it's my dream home. I will get a job close by and help with the restoration. Anytime would have been a good time to confess to Joseph but now would have certainly secured a stress free future for both. Dumping this sort of resposibilty on anyone is fucked specially when it could of been prevented by telling the truth.

Pages Dump Contract Signing

Objective
Finally with plenty of hard work, good luck and oceans of tears I found our dream home. Almost an acre of waterfront land with a big old Qld'r, a boat shed and a jetty. Unfortunately it was in need of major restoration.

Requirements
We had no where near the funds required for the deposit on the house. There was no way to make it happen without assistance and my parents were not going to help. So I asked Joseph's for help.

A big thanks to Doug, Jeanette and Deb for lending us the $60k we required to secure the property and finance. You answered my wish and made my dream obtainable.

Big TIme Outch
After Paige managed to pull off getting the finance for the house it was time for her to disappear. It was if she never existed and left ALL the work to Joseph to deal with. Paige was well aware of the situation with Joseph's health and leaving Joseph to deal with all the work was not only a selfish but a huge cunt act. Joseph has to be very careful of all the work he does. If work is done in moderation then things would be fine but dumping a huge restoration job on him and then expecting him to work not just one job but three to cover her share of the debt is plain selfish. That made no difference to Paige, when she would come home it was only to chat and surf myspace etc to meet new boys to play with. Paige's party while Joseph sticks chisels in his fingers photo's are to come soon. They hurt Joseph more then a chisel in the finger ever could.

Master Bedroom Restoration

Objective
Restore Paige's dream Master Bedroom to better then its original condition in the way Paige expected.

Reason
Paige wanted it and the house deserved it. It would have been criminal to leave such a a beautiful piece of Queensland heritage rot away.
